Hagrid lives in a cosy, one-roomed wooden hut near the Forbidden Forest. Outside the front door there is a crossbow and a pair of giant galoshes. Inside, cured hams and pheasants hang from the ceiling. There is a large fireplace in one corner and a massive bed with a patchwork quilt in the other. Tea is served on an enormous scrubbed wooden table and chairs. Behind the cabin is Hagrid's pumpkin patch, where pumpkins grow large enough to seat three men inside.
